Refund Policy

How refunds will work for Calm Flex Commerce digital products, and what applies today.

Current status

The digital resources shown on this website are marked “Coming soon” because they are still in development. There is no checkout, no shopping cart and no way to pay us through this website today, so there is currently nothing to refund.

When products become available

Before we offer any digital product for sale, the following will be shown clearly on the relevant product page and again at checkout:

• The price and the currency you will be charged in.
• What is included and in what format.
• How and when the product is delivered.
• The refund and cancellation terms that apply to that product.

This page will be updated at the same time so that the published policy always matches what is actually being sold.

How digital products are delivered

Our resources are digital. Once purchasing is available, they will be delivered electronically, normally by a download link or a secure access link sent to the email address given at checkout. Nothing is shipped physically.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in the way a physical item can, the refund terms for digital goods will be set out plainly before purchase rather than assumed.

Our approach to refunds

We would rather resolve a problem than argue about one. If a digital product does not download, arrives damaged or is not what was described, we want to hear about it and put it right.

Where a refund is appropriate under the terms shown at the time of purchase, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
